    Description:

    How it works:

    With registered access, you can enter your own operational data into our web based user interface that computes various scenario based results. From that point, you can engage a professional AAG consultant to review the results, recommend next actions, or explore specific areas of interest from the modeled data.

    Deliverable:

    A detailed report showcases an analysis of annual spend, production volumes by operational document types, comparative industry metric benchmarking and executive level interpretation of data.

    This phase indicates a high-level reasoned estimate of areas to address, and potential return on investment.

  • Practical Appraisal

    Description:

    Building on the predictive analysis (Phase 1), an AAG professional collaborating with you, prescribes a series of actions (internal data gathering encompassing electronic and/or observation) to prepare a more comprehensive pre-optimization analysis of your operation(s).

    How it works:

    With expanded access to AAG data analytics tools, you and your AAG Advisor will review the gathered data, assist in modeling results, comparative industry benchmarking and environmental impact report.

    Deliverable:

    A professional PowerPoint presentation of findings that compliments your report ready for executive review. In addition a set of recommendations are provided on how you can reduce the impacts represented in the presented topics production, cost & environmental.

  • Project Development & Resource Requirements

    Description:

    Building on the presentation of the appraisal analysis and management review and sponsorship, an AAG Advisor can assist you in developing a project designed as a comprehensive internal analysis of the operation.

    How it works:

    An AAG Advisor will help you prepare a playbook that outlines time frames, personnel resource requirements (with roles responsibilities outlined) and a detailed description of the data details necessary to obtain of areas of interest that management would like a more detailed impact analysis for example; cost reduction.

    Deliverable:

    A project plan PowerPoint presentation that provides an overview and objectives, a customized set of assessment documents, project communication templates and calendar of action items.

  • Project Management

    Description:

    On-site coordination and guidance for the project leader and team participants offering best practices and assistance in setting up the project and understanding the organization data.

    How it works:

    an AAG Advisor provides previous experience and know how on gathering the various data and information elements required for completion of the project plan. In addition, observations and insights that provides the project manager valuable insights for the resulting management presentation of findings.

    Deliverable:

    Personal assistance and accountability to assist the project leader and team members in guiding the data gathering process to ensure completion of the project plan deliverables and more importantly, project timeframe expectations. Project completion summary documentation is prepared, as well as a PowerPoint presentation for management review.

  • RFP Creation

    Description:

    Building on the management presentation of project findings, an AAG Advisor can assist a proposal manager in developing a detailed request for proposal.

    How it works:

    An AAG Advisor shares previous experience and RFP documentation describing the organizations needs based on the project data. In addition, industry trends and insights are provided to ensure that the resulting proposal meets reviewing management solution proposal requirements.

    Deliverable:

    Personal assistance to the proposal leader in developing a set of proposal requirements, documentation and timeframe based on operational needs with complimenting data elements to ensure comprehensive request for proposal responses.

  • Proposal Analysis

    Description:

    An AAG Advisor can assist a proposal manager in developing a set of comparative metrics focusing on a RFP submission to determine the Strengths, Weakness, Opportunity & Threats presented in each proposed solution.

    How it works:

    An AAG Advisor shares evaluation methods that align with the organizations needs based on the project data and request for proposal. In addition, industry trends and insights are provided to ensure that the resulting proposals adhere to reviewing management decision making process.

    Deliverable:

    Personal assistance to the proposal leader in developing a set of comparative metrics (balanced scorecard) are applied to each proposal submission. A researched ranking of the proposals, cost-benefit analysis and executive summary for management review is provided.
